Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy notes on EasyNotes. EasyNotes is operated by NCI Holdings (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.

What you’re buying

Each listing is a PDF file written and sold by an independent, verified seller. EasyNotes runs the marketplace and processes payment on the seller’s behalf through Paystack. Prices are in South African rand and include any applicable VAT.

Delivery

Your file is available to download as soon as Paystack confirms your payment. You can download it again using your email address and payment reference, up to 10 times per purchase.

No refunds

Because notes are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once payment is complete. You confirm this at checkout. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under South African law that can’t be excluded: if a file is corrupted, can’t be opened, or is materially different from its description, email support@easynotes.co.za within 7 days with your payment reference and we’ll resolve it.

How you may use the notes

• Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read, print and annotate the notes for your own study.
• You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the file, in whole or in part.
• The notes are study aids. They don’t replace your prescribed material, and neither EasyNotes nor the seller guarantees exam results.

Academic integrity

Don’t submit any part of the notes as your own work for assessment. Doing so may breach your institution’s rules.

If you think notes contain copied material or break these terms, use the “Report these notes” link on the listing.
