Privacy policy

How EasyNotes, operated by NCI Holdings (Pty) Ltd, handles your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Buyers

We store the email address you enter at checkout and your purchase details, so we can deliver your notes and let you download them again. Paystack processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; EasyNotes never receives your full card number.

Sellers see a partly hidden version of your email address in their sales list. We don’t give your full email address to sellers.

Sellers

We store your name, email, password (encrypted), storefront details and the documents you upload for verification. Verification documents are kept in private storage, used only to confirm your qualification and identity, and are visible only to the EasyNotes team. Bank details are sent to Paystack to create your payout account; we keep only your bank name and the last four digits of your account number.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@easynotes.co.za. We keep purchase records for as long as required by law.
